in short consume? Unless we redefine the objectives of the pro-
gress we desire, this will go on. Our strip of blessed homeland is
going to face an ecological disaster already in the making. Who
can prevent it? Nobody, I think. We
can go on mourning and tearjerking
for mother nature, but none of us
is willing to change our lifestyle
first. So we are all complices to
this crime perpetrated in the name
of progress.
