I am seeing a flex showing Minister along with our MLA claiming 34 crores rupees approved for Mundakayam Ilankadu Vagamon road. This flex first appeared two years before and again appeared this year. The current system of road maintenance needs to be reviewed. Government should do it without the involvement of any local body and get the guarantee from the contractor for the quality of construction. Then only corruption in such projects can be stopped.
